Long before terms such as Nail Health, Clean Beauty or Healthy Nails became common in the industry, Bio Sculpture followed a different approach: the natural nail should not have to adapt to a product. The product should respect the natural nail.

This belief led to a professional system approach in which analysis, product selection, education and application work together. The aim is not only a beautiful result for a few weeks, but the long-term preservation of healthy, resilient natural nails.

The quality of a professional nail system begins long before the first application in the salon.

Bio Sculpture develops its products in its own laboratory and manufactures them in its own production facility in Clocolan, South Africa. Research, formulation, quality control and manufacturing therefore remain part of one controlled development process.

Since 1988, Bio Sculpture has continuously developed its formulations, combining scientific research with the requirements of professional salons worldwide. This expertise, built over decades, flows into every new generation of products, systems and treatment concepts.

While many brands rely on external production partners or white-label solutions, Bio Sculpture has followed a different path from the beginning: full control over development and manufacturing forms the basis for long-term quality standards and traceability.

Production according to ISO 22716 and quality management according to ISO 9001 support this standard and ensure reproducible results across all batches.

CLINICAL-LEVEL SAFETY

Safety begins with the formulation.

Nail Health means more than beautiful results. It means responsibility towards the natural nail.

Bio Sculpture follows a science-led development approach in which safety, compatibility and regulatory requirements are considered from the product development stage.

The formulations are assessed and documented according to international standards. This includes biological compatibility testing and compliance with relevant regulatory requirements in international markets.

At the same time, Bio Sculpture continuously develops its systems further. This includes TPO-free formulations and HEMA-free products within selected product areas. The relevant properties are clearly indicated at product level.

Safety is not created by individual ingredients alone. Only the combination of formulation, correct application, suitable LED technology and professional education creates the basis for controlled and reproducible results.

EASY SOAK-OFF

Developed for the natural nail.

Removing an enhancement is one of the most commonly underestimated stresses for the natural nail.

Excessive filing, mechanical stress or incorrect removal can affect the nail plate over time. That is why the Bio Sculpture system was designed from the beginning to be as gentle as possible not only during wear, but also during removal.

The Easy Soak-Off concept enables controlled removal of the enhancement with minimal filing and reduces unnecessary stress on the natural nail structure.

For salons, this means a nail-conscious treatment process, more efficient appointment planning and consistent workflows. For clients, it means the focus is not only on the visible result, but also on the long-term health of their natural nails.
