Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy of UNEW Beauty Couture AG for the BIO SCULPTURE SWITZERLAND Swiss website.
1. Controller
The controller is UNEW Beauty Couture AG, Sinserstrasse 8, 6330 Cham, Switzerland; email: info@unew.ch.
2. Scope
This policy covers the BIO SCULPTURE SWITZERLAND Swiss website, direct enquiries, Professional Support, training communication, the studio/salon finder and linked services where UNEW is responsible.
External shops are separate environments with their own privacy policies. Shop accounts, checkout, payment, orders, shipping, shop newsletters and shop reviews are governed by the responsible shop policy.
3. Personal data
Depending on use, we process identification, contact, business, professional, communication, enquiry and training-interest data and voluntarily supplied information. Website use may generate IP address, time, resource, referrer, browser, device, operating-system, server-log, consent and, after consent, analytics data. The studio/salon finder searches local website data in the browser and does not send the search to UNEW.
4. Purposes
We process data to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website, communicate, handle enquiries, provide Professional Support, organise training enquiries, provide the finder, perform consent-based analytics, meet legal duties and establish or enforce claims.
5. Hosting and logs
Hostpoint AG hosts the website in Switzerland and processes necessary technical request, browser, device, status and error data for delivery, stability, security and abuse prevention. Retention follows the relevant technical and operational need.
6. Contact and Professional Support
Direct contact is available by email, telephone and WhatsApp. Using a channel involves processing contact and message data; the provider’s terms apply when WhatsApp is opened. The website has no general contact form.
7. Training enquiries
We process the details required for training enquiries, communication, organisation and follow-up. If booking occurs in a separate shop, its privacy policy applies.
8. Online shops and external offers
The brand website does not process a complete shop transaction. From opening an external shop, its policy governs accounts, checkout, payment, orders, delivery, newsletters, reviews and transaction data.
9. Cookies and consent
The consent choice is stored technically. Optional analytics activates only after consent. The choice remains changeable through Cookie settings in the footer; on withdrawal the website attempts to remove Google Analytics cookies.
10. Google Analytics 4
After consent, the website uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-KCVH9ESD2E) for usage and performance measurement. Analytics defaults to denied; advertising storage and personalisation stay disabled; GA loads only after analytics consent, with IP anonymisation configured.
11. Videos, maps and external content
Videos are locally hosted MP4 files and do not send data to YouTube when played. Google Maps is not embedded; ordinary links to external map services transmit data only when opened.
12. Social media and external links
Ordinary social and external links are not embedded services and transmit no data until opened. No Meta, TikTok or LinkedIn advertising pixels were found on the Swiss website.
13. Recipients and processors
Where necessary, data may go to hosting/IT and communication providers, training/support units, authorities or legal advisers. Material providers are Hostpoint and Google for consent-based analytics. External shops and platforms process data under their own notices.
14. International transfers
Providers may process data outside Switzerland, especially Google Analytics, WhatsApp or external platforms. Where required, transfers rely on adequacy, suitable safeguards or a statutory exception.
15. Retention and security
Data is retained as long as required for the purpose, relationship and legal duties, then deleted or anonymised where no lawful ground remains. Appropriate technical and organisational security measures are used, although absolute electronic-communication security cannot be guaranteed.
16. Rights, changes and authoritative version
Under applicable law, individuals may request access, correction, deletion or delivery, object, or withdraw consent for the future. Requests go to info@unew.ch; reasonable identification may be required. Statutory complaint rights remain. This policy may change with processing, services or law; the current website version applies.
The German version is the legally authoritative original. Translations into other languages are for information only. In the event of deviations, differences in interpretation or contradictions, only the German version shall prevail.
